A bad tune, is a bad tune.
Blaming an FCD because you failed to tune your car propperly in the first place is lame.
Pleanty of 7Ms blow without ever having an FCD near them,
just because the build/tune was off.
Bottom line,
If your going to play 'Tuner' with a turbo car,
you had better learn how to actually do it.
This includes having the correct gauges to play the game.
Not going by what someone says to run for fuel pressure,
or what someone else says to set your S-AFC to.
At the least, a good A/F ratio gauge, like a GReddy or Tomei.
Stay away from the el-cheapo 'rich-lean' gauges.
They are menat for carburetted V8s, and don't read into the super rich areas that a turbo car requires.
And exhaust temp, and injector duty cycle meters doesn't hurt anything either.
Work your way up to full throttle runs in stages, and watch the meters.
If you see lean-out areas, back off the throttle, and tune them out.
If you reach the high end of the the adjustment range with the S-AFC,
increase the fuel pressure, and start over.
