Subscribed. I've been tossing around the idea of an s2k myself, but now I'm more leaning towards a Westfield (Lotus 7 replica) with an s2k drivetrain. All the power, 1300lbs less. :)

Also, I did something similar in a Miata, twice. Top end of 3rd at 7k, go to shift into 4th, and thanks to having such a narrow gate on the shifter, accidentally dropped it into 2nd. Rpms I think I calculated out to about 11k give or take... First car I did that on, I think it just slipped the hell out of the clutch, the second car locked up the rear tires at ~85-90mph. :p

Ethan any progress? have you been down to Holland lately?

Ahh! Progress has been made. Sadly for college purposes I am going with a F22C or F20C. I need the car finished by mid summer, and when I go off to finish my engineering degree I don't want the parents to have a project car in the garage. The entire engine bay though is all welded up now for the complete tuck and shave. How is your 1jz coming?

wow that came out nice digging the color scheme

Thanks man. A lot of time work, money, blood ( lame ) but happens went into the car. Most people say I never finish anything, well I finished a few things now. I hope in a few years I buy another MKIII, the roots are still with the Supra's its just I like handling a lot too.

The shaved bay looks amazing! I hope I can get my Mk3's bay to look similar when I'm done. The color scheme put me off for a second, but I'm really diggin it now. I take it the F22 is the stock motor?

You sir, have a need for another photobucket account. :p

Not a bad price for an F22C... I've been looking into possibly building a 7 replica someday, using the F20 or F22 as it's heart. Been done one time that I'm aware of, and the performance is supposedly equal to the Caterham R500, so... yeah. Who needs torque when you weigh 1300lbs? :D

I would suggest signing up for another Photobucket account, another option would be to use tinypic.com or imageshack.com (.net/org?) and copy/paste a link in a Word document of some sort with a brief description of what they are. I guess you could setup a bookmark folder and name each bookmark what the linked picture is...

You'll probably need to repost all those pics though, hate to say it... I don't know enough about how Photobucket works to say for certain.
