Total newb question here. I've never deal with switching wheels, but I know there are different lugs.

How can wrong lugs just fall off like that? Too loose? Wrong threads and didn't hand tighten?

I think in the video , they were the wrong thread, so they basicly sliped off. Even if they were tightened correctly, but were not the correct lugs they came off under load.

I am guessing based on the video and what I remember from the other thread.
