rusty catback bolts

ok so i was able to get my hands on a turbo catback for free i would like to put it on my NA but i cant get the bolts out of the stock catback because theres so much rust i sprayed them with rust cutter and hit them with my 1/2in impact gun but nothing wat do i do?

ps. im talking about the bolts that go through the flange on the catback through the flange on the cat.

On those bolts I think he's fine cutting, but on the other end the bolts hold the bracket for the exhaust hanger.

Depending on how tight time is, use PB Blaster and soak them and let it sit overnight. There is better stuff out there (that JJ has mentioned), but Blaster is the best stuff I've found that's off the shelf.

Use a blowtorch to heat the bolt, spray it down real good with PB Blaster and let it sit for a couple hours. Smack at the wrench or ratchet with a brass hammer to break it loose.
