RUN? Don't insult me. I haven't done of this 'run' thing since junior year track season in HS.

I've been meaning to fix one of my bikes though. At least when I ride, I can chill out when I hit a downhill incline. When you run, you gotta run ALL the time. Sometimes running downhill can be more work than a flat ground. No thanks!

I run in sports, which is more fun for me and less taxing. :p And I hike on a fairly regular basis, which is also more fun and more physically exerting.

Joe if you think running downhill sucks, try climbing downhill at Devils Marble Yard.

Yeah.... I exercise in the air conditioning of the gymnasium @ SFCC. Run for miles? I don't know about that - but I do 20 minutes of cardio to cool off after about 2 hours of resistance training, 3x a week :)
