Running rich and lil power :(

So I have a 91 supra turbo, 5 speed. Pretty much stock I just got a lexus v8 afm, and a 3 in hks exhaust system. I got spark to all cylinders but doesnt feel like I have all the power I should. Also you can smell gas fumes. Any suggestions what it might be??

check your codes.

Also take the lex off unless you have 550 injectors.

check codes with a paper clip, i had a code recently and i had no check engine light on and get ahold of a stock 7m-gte afm without 550 injectors the lex afm is not a good idea

Check engine light does not need to be on to have codes. Most codes get stored and only the bad ones will let the light stay illuminated.

If you're running rich its probably already got 550's right?

No it has stock injectors on it and no internal mods. I did a compressiin test and cylinder 1 was 165psi, #2 was 160, #3 was 151, #4 was 159, # 5 was 149, #6 was 140. So I re compressed the heads and now got more power but seem to be back fireing alot more but timeing is dead on.
