running really rough

just got my car put back together and it ran fine for about a day and then started running really bad. all intercooler piping is hooked up, but as the title says, it runs really rough. i have installed a SAFC II and when the car is barely running, the SAFC will read out SAFC, like when you first start you car. then it will go blank and read SAFC again,and continues to do this. if you have one you should know what im talking about. i have changed the spark plugs and i am getting feul and spark.

any advice would be helpful

sounds like maybe the power or ground connection between the safc and ecu is bad....check that??

would that make the car run rough, and im pretty sure all the wires are fine for the SAFC and the ecu.

did you mess with the afc settings??
and if the ecu power/ground is messed up on sure that it will have an effect on the way your car runs due to the fact that the ecu keeps losing power or something...im sure someone can correct me if im wrong

ya, i set all the setting back to stock, but i installed the SAFC on the car before i pulled the head. the car ran fine before.

be more precise about put together....what was wrong with the car?

nothing was wrong, just replace the hg with a mhg and arp head studs to be safe and know its back together.

did you resurface the block?

no, but i resurfaced the head and cleaned the block
