Can u add on to the list of parts that are required for my 88 turbo:

1jzgte engine w/auto trans, ecu
MAF and ignitor (I heard that 2jz can be used for this, correct me me if it cant be)
IC piping/core
89+ engine mounts
1jz 5spd bellhousing

add anything else on to complete the list please...

O yeah i forgot to ask: Does it have to be the r154 tranny or can a w58 tranny hook up to it also?? And if not, I have a 91 turbo supra(down blown motor) does all 1991 supra turbos have r154 tranny? let me know guys, im really gonna do this and atleast before christmas.

Shouldn't your 88 turbo already have the r154 tranny? w58 nope! the only reason you're getting the bell housing is to fit it with r154.
