OK I had a boost leak that was the third injector o-ring. Thats fixed now and the vac is at 20psi vac and full boost is 7psi but if I slowly rise the rpms to 1700 it will drop fast down to about 900rpms and if I hold it there at 1700 it will jump back and forth from like 900 to 1700. I dont understand it. It makes it a pain in the ass to drive it at low speeds, Ill be going through a parking lot and will hit 1700rpms and its like I just hit the brakes and people think that Im letting them pass then the rpms will jump back up to 1700. please someone help me figure this out before I run someone over.

tps is bad, wiring is bad, or set incorrectly. take a meter and ohm out between IDL and E2. check wiring, check tps install.
