RPMs being weird.. what is causing it?? need help

ok.. so i have a 60-1 turbo on my car, its a 5speed manual, 3in down pipe and the exhaust is totaly open after that... tonight i was driving the car for quite a while... then in fith gear i noticed somthing very wierd... i would be in 5th floor it going about 65 then i would hit about 10psi and the rpms would go from 4k to 5k way to fast like they just shot up,, then it would drop back down to like 4.3k all this while i was still on the gas,,.. then it climbed normaly.. whats going on?? tires spinning? or what also the car idles very high at times, anywhere between 600 and 1500 rpms at idle

Not with the install, you will have to ask the shop for their price on the install.

back in the day i got a exedy clutch on the celica and it was only like $250 for the clutch kit and $600 for install..... whats a good clutch but cheap?
