(uneven globby bad penetration and the surface rust won't be helping the integrity any, I've tested a steel cage unfortunately so have an idea how important it is to get it right)

just a baseline on my work;
6 point rollbars mild steel 1 5/8 x .120 mig welded will go from $900 and up that include all parts and labor.
same in chrome moly 1 5/8 x .049 tig welded starts from $1,800 and up
