i would feel completely comfortable with eagles h beam rods at 600horse i built one motor 4cyl to 760 horse with boost and nitrious on eagles and the motor never failed. if i was gonna build a 7m for under 800 horse they would be my first choice. good strong forged units, good rod bolts, decent tolerances out of the box and no worries about stress and fatigue of the stock units. one of those you really cant go wrong upgrades versus stock.

Just as an FYI Pauters come with ARP 2000 3/8 bolts they don't advertise this fact and the markings are removed from the bolt heads ;)

<correction> They have started advertising the ARP 2000 bolts!

the arp 2000's are plenty strong for most much stronger than stock as for rods what you don't hear are they were mostly installed incorrectly to fail. Also they all need to be checked and resized as needed.

remember use strech to install the rod bolts not torque

Wow, Thats a huge relieve to hear that. considering the talk of those 2k bolts failing on the eagle rods, but if the Pauters are reliable with them the eagles should be too.

Justin: Nates car is at 800 horsepower on eagle rods. :biglaugh:

These eagles are starting to build a good reputation.
