^Thats definitely not a sig worthy quote.

Sounds like you just need to check valve clearance and do some shimming.

AEM EMS are plug and play... does that mean you plug it in, crank the boost and are good to go? No.

No, but they are set up to work just fine at factory levels . Which is what I was told was the case with the 264 cams by Crower and HPF. The 272's on the other hand required replacement of the shims .Hence my purchase of 264's. Damn ever heard of a learning curve!

You're on cams... I would expect you were done with the aftermarket curve.

Also, 272s required replacement of the springs and their directly related parts... different shims could be necessary for swapping in ANY cam.

"no offence" LMAO, wtf did you say it for then?

You want to put your cat or whatever in your avatar I don't care. But that was a barely entertaining post to begin with, and definitely not worth showing off with nearly every post you make.

i said it, because you went out of your way to make a statement about my quote. explain to me what sig worthy quote consists of. the "no offence" was said to keep a flame war from erupting.

well, sorry if i'm not entertaining you. i'll try harder. why are you concerning yourself with me anyway? i appreciate the attention, but i don't need any.
and i'm not sure how to turn off the signature for more than one post. i'll look into it for you. yup, i'm a noob.

they are drop in cams meaning no machine work required to install but you do have to shim them properly right now you have excessive clearence between the cam and the shims

Yeah, this thread could use a little cleaning ;)

Matt, I already answered up above bro. Even going from stock cams to another set of stock cams, you have to check the clearances.

That said, in another thread I saw the card BC is including, and it mentions running .006/.008 lash on the cam (which, IIRC, is a little tighter than stock)
