off the top of my head, you'll have to switch throttle bodies (different TPS, and a different throttle body for the change), and a number of different sensors on the water neck

accessories are different (power steering, ect) but will all bolt right up from the old engine

plugs will be different, so you'll have to use the old CPU with the old harness...

i found a 90ish na supra thats been sitting for years can i use that harness with a 87 head? or should i just forget about the old motor and work with the 90 motor.

the only diffrence between the 2 is ones turbo and ones not, the short block is diffrent.
