Reverse grinding

I just put it in 1st and move forward half and inch or so then shift into reverse, works all the time...

Usually if it won't go in, put it in neutral, let go of the clutch then clutch in and try again, only way to do it without damaging anything..

Usually selecting a forward gear and then reverse works if you have this problem, but this works great too. I find it never fails actually.

It's called waiting for the gear pack to spin down, not hard (I usually push the clutch in, check mirrors, select reverse and then do the whole backing and looking routine...)

Seems that mine, even after it's stopped spinning, won't go into R sometimes. I gotta try 1st first and sometimes even roll the car a bit.
