Reusing arp studs and HKS head gasket question

This is why I tell my wife I need a spare long block sitting shot gun on my now empty engine stand. It really is a pice of mind knowing that " if this one let's loose I got another one ready to go" but on the next one I'll get a new gasket, just to keep things on track around hear.

I ended up sourcing a Kiekhaefer Marine 402 Block as a replacement, ironic part is my LS project engine is now a 402Ci thanks to the unplanned 4" stroker crank I picked up today

Yeah man show her the pics lol. I just got my spare out going to start up the rebuild.

Is that 4"s total stroke?

Yep stock is around 3.622" so not a huge increase but still takes it from 364Ci to 402 so a worthwhile jump
