Damn you. I need one.
Ok, the Water pump, and hydro pump are one unit. People ususally swap it out for a non-hydro fan water pump beacuse then they don't have to worry about sourcing the other pieces of the hydro fan system, like the hydro fan ECU, the fan itself, the cooler, finding a place to put the fan's temp sensor, etc. Instead they just put the non-hydro fan pump on, and run a standard clutch fan, or an e-fan setup.
Aristo and Supra hydro fan pumps are not completely the same. The pumps are the same, but the outlets are at different angles, so unless you also source the hydro lines from an Aristo, it'll be more difficult to properly fit everything.
Running the pump without a fan is not a good idea unless you just have it passing through a cooler to cool the hydraulic fluid.
