From the Onion?

I'm gullible and even I didn't think it was real from the get go.

Why would anyone be charged with not killing someone? lol.

You haven't been around the military that much I'm guessing. Old guys looking for an excuse to gather and drink :biglaugh:

They all probably got wasted after the "trial" (not joking)

The lawers in this case and the DA need to hung in a town square for WASTING TAXPAYERS MONEY AT AN ALARMING RATE OF PILING UP OF BULLSHIT.

Jon: You do understand there was no real "Trial" it was a bunch of his army buddies fucking around......

Man it must be bad litigation wise in the states that people aren't seeing that this is a joke when they read it.

The "Charge" should be a clue all on it's own ;)

Oh. Ian, in the US we have some serious bullshit trials going on here.

Just recently - A robber broke into a couples' home. He forgot that the garage door locked from the outside (going into the house) and the garage doors were locked while the couple was away on vacation.

Needless to say the guy was dumb enough to get in - and not smart enough to get out.

He spent two weeks "surviving" off of Coke and dogfood.

When the couple returned home, they found the man and had him arrested.

The robber took the couple to court for "mental anguish" and other wild charges.

The verdict?

THE ROBBER WON.

Its amazing what happens in the courts....

Ive got another, as I actually worked on part of the building this happend.

In SoCal years ago (Inglewood to be exact) a guy robbed a school.

Cops show up, arrest the guy.

No chase, no resist.

How?

He's fallen through the skylight in the building and has both legs & arms broken.

What happens?

The guy sues the school stating "The school had no signs I couldn't be up there."

HE WINS!
