Anything you do to make it more quiet and can verify in court should keep you out of trouble. Those tickets never stand. The cops don't even show up for them. Go and talk to the D.A. He'll keep it off your record if you pay the fines.

Your local muffler shop should have a Magnaflow or comparable glass pack in stock. The difference between the glass pack and resonator is that the glass pack has more insulation in it. It's still a flow through design, will make the car much quieter, and you can get them in different lengths and sizes locally.

"dis nig" he pretty much means, "Look at this guy" with sarcasm...

People need to get a little more proper on english, at least online, facial expressions cant be used, some people some get that.

I recently learned from my Muffler guy who Ive been going to for over 35 years that Resonaters were used on mostly high end cars to keep the moisture from dripping on garage floors and suggested I use only muffler. So he installed a stock type muffler and sure enough it was as quite as it was with the resonater. My resonater had rotted open on the bottom. I'm happy with the job and the quietness of it.

Nothing special just some stock off the shelf Muffler that pretty much matched the original one with two tube outlets. My car is bone stock engine wise and I prefer quite even when I have HP. Noise just attratas unwanted attention, and the Big aftermarket ones do the same down here where I am, hell we even have traffic inspections where they pick a street and run everyone through.
