Replacing Shocks...where to get front/rear mounts?

I was wondering where is the best place to get the front and rear shock mounts...other then the dealer. Mine seem to be shot. I did some searching and i only come up with the rear mounts. Seems i cant find the part number for the front mounts.

All the mounts on there are for rear only....
We are talking about a mkiv right ? Are the the mounts for mk3 the same ? That's the only car that has front mounts listed.

Weird, had to look again, and they don't have them.

that would be great. Really don't want to to send over 200 dollars on 2 mounts from from the dealer.

Don't be too hard on the guy. We so seldom get MKIV questions in here that I'm sure almost everyone who came in immediately looked for MKIII front shock mounts. Most of us use the New Posts link to see what is new so specific forums are an after thought.

As far as your question goes I haven't seen any front mounts for the MKIV outside of OEM ones at the different places I get parts. And those all were right at or near $100 a pop. So it looks like your options are Used, new oem, or Aftermarket coilovers that come with new shock mounts. MKIV's, pay to play

It's a no go on partsgeek for the fronts. They only have rears.

Ditto here, fronts don't appear to be made by the aftermarket for some reason.

Are you sure they're shot?
