I'm assuming you're taking it apart yourself (as in not paying, not necessarily alone) as driving somewhere to have someone pull it apart and do all the work would be very costly. You can either take it to a machine shop, whether it be one that you don't trust or find another one that is outside your area, but still relatively close, or put everything together without machining and baby the car going to school praying it doesn't blow before you save up enough money to do it right.
Another option is selling the car and getting a reliable one. Scary though, I know, but it depends on where your priorities are.
