When I replace my turbo do I have to buy any type of install kit, or do I just replace it? gaskets? new lines?

You need a new copper crush washer for the oil feed, gasket for between the turbo hard lines and the turbo, and the gasket between the block and the oil return. I usually just use copper, high temp FIPG for these 2 gaskets and I haven't had a problem yet.
EDIT: this is if you are just replacing the CT with another CT. If you are changing to another turbo there is more.

it's worth changing the coolant lines to the turbo as well, and ispect the metal exhaust gaskets...
