Hello Forum,
I'm installing my clutch and I was mocking up the pressure plate alone with the release bearing assembly assembled. When I picked up the pressure plate, I noticed play in the Bearing Assembly, mind you I'm using all new Toyota rings, washers, and bearings on the assembly.
Is the play supposed to be there. As a unit itself it's tight, but when attached to the pressure plate there is movement. Meaning I can move the pressure plate around with the hub in the center, C-clipped in.
I installed 6 pieces of the hub together, which was shown on the TSRM and EPC from Toyota. So I'm not missing any washers or clips. Maybe paranoia...
Cheers,
Matt-
