I think we all will. But im probably 1 of the few of us that built their motors themself... No shame in the shop game not doggin anyone for that but it does take a little more time then the seasoned engine builder

Who had the correct equipment to check clearances & who had the correct equipment to check clearances. :biglaugh: In both cases, I knew that it would be foolish of me to tackle the clearance issues myself, so I left it to the machine shop.

I wish my machine shop would give my stuff back. They've got my pistons, rods, block, crank, and various other unmentioned goodies.

I am assembling my engine myself, although....I do have some nice tools to check clearances, and some help from a good machinist.
Seriously though, I know jake and outofstep want to do this thing, But I think we should make a big event out of this. We don't have to be in competion with you two, but there are quite a few supras that are built or are in progress around here. So....
