totally depends on what temps you'll be driving in.

MT-90 is heavier than MTL.

MTL if you'll be driving in the cold. though MT-90 will work as well, just be ready for it to whine a bit when cold.

if you're not driving in the cold, heavy shockproof.

I currently use MT-90 in my R154 and i love it , because it shifting like butter in all gears .:love:

Like the good Dr said, MTL is a thinner version of MT-90...it's close to a 30W viscosity wise when cold. IMO, the MT-90 is better suited for the R154...I talk about it a bit in this thread:
