after installing much needed turbo insulation, my turbo is faintly glowing red hot. My AFRs are normal and it seems to run great. I was cruising at 70mph for about 20min on the way to a friends place and popped the hood after arrival, and in the dark of the night i can see faint red on the exhaust side of the turbo in a spot i did not cover. Is this normal? turbo is a Turbonetics 60-1, t-3. oil cooled only.
