Rebuild Thread w/ Price List (Pics)

Put the head on, and few other bits and peices. Cranked up the oil pump and got preasure, put on intake manifold, and its ready to be dropped in the Supra. Fingers crossed....

Looking good, I have been lazy and busy with school and work so I haven't even put the block on the engine stand yet. I will probably start assembling it tomorrow. Later.

u kno i had a chance of rebuilding my motor in my auto class...i'm in an auto tech program taking engine rebuild and hand a chance to rebuild a motor but at that time i didn't have money dammit....it would have saved me all the cleaning, and disassembly part which ran u about $1500....i should have done it...but looking good

Um, the cleaning and dissasembly part didn't run me $1500.00, I disassembled the engine before I brought it to him. I paid $1500.00 for Machine Work only a miniscule amount of that was for hot tanking the block, head, crank. I really doubt you could have done this machine work in your auto class. Some of the machines used are over $50,000.
