Ok you are all right it cant be done for 8K i suck. any way im about 4.5k into the build and start it up to drive befor winter and fucking rod nock right off the bat, damn JDM motor:3d_frown: . any way every thing is stripped down and ready to build again.

any way it is a sad car. my porr baby needs some new internials so ill be putting in JE 84mm pistions and Eagal rods. also ill be replacing the venom 720cc injectors with RC havent calculated out the size yet. the head is getting some work done 1mm oversized valves and titanium retainers and srpings and all that good shit. port polish will have to wait till next wenter. i got a crappy e-bay manifold that is gettting ported. need to get the good old front facing intake manifold, i was actualy thinking of making my own. so any way im gona go with a turbonetics T-72 turbo the eff map matches my goals perfactly, at least better than any other turbo ive sean so far. so thats the plan for the motor.
hoping to get the some sort of ignittion and ems going on too all depending on how well busness goes this year. any your input is appriciated. shoot me any ideas you may have on my build and ill keep every one posted.

so here are my base calculattions so far:
(keep in mind these are just crap shot calculations for the time being)
displacement increaced 72.539cc or 4.421977cid
at 25 psi im hoping for for a presure ratio of 2.70068 (this is at see level)
i have the T-72 turbo chosen because at full spool ill be at 75% eff:naughty:
this should cause my intake temps to rise to 299.7985929F during 75F wether
any ideas on cooling would be great, if any one has used Co2 spray i would like to know how it worked out for you.
Im hopeing to get a volumetric flow rate of 397.638cfm at 7,500RPM with that amt a mass flow rate of 68.188 lb/min and an a/f ration of 12:1 and a BSFC of .55 i should be makeing around 619.89HP this will be nice. I havent calculated in the spray yet but the plan i to run a 100 to 150 shot with direct port injecttion if mony provides for now i will be using the same old dry 70 shot.

so the first time around i used a 2mm multilayer steal HG, ngk iredums, gready profec e-01, apexi safe, lexus afm, and venom 720cc injectors. all on a grade C JDM motor fucking stupid. any way this next try will be killer but slow moving considdering the new company and school. ill try to keep you all posted the second any thing happens with the supra with lots of pics.

i bet you almost anything your rodknock had something to do with those POS venom injectors.was there fuel in your oil? and have you had those flow tested?

you really need to read some more. even if they were all stuck open (the car wouldnt run more than likely btw) and all the gas went into the oil supply it would be very difficult for this to happen.

my oil reaked of gas and i had no idea what it was. that is bull that they can sell shit like that. has this happened to any one else on this forum with the venom injectors. it makes sense though the fule would break down the oil realy quckly.

you got a lot of blowby from the injectors, and the gas is what fucked your bearings. get venom to pay for your rebuild! prolly never going to happen but 99.9% of those venoms are shit.

All im gonna say now is you're in for a rude awakening. 700whp for $7000, you'll either be overbudget, underpowered, or broken before you know it.
