Might not be the cause, or even related but how are your COP stems? Most tend to crack. Start with the simple things and work your way on. Any chance of putting your maps into a folder, zipping it and putting it on the forum?

Well I went through all my coil packs and each one did have cracks but I repaired them all with epoxy. I did this a long time ago and they have held up ever since.

I will look at that when I get home. BTW, there is (IIRC) a power wire that comes from the body harness to the igniter and coil packs you might want to check.
