So im driving down the Cary Parkway in NC tonight. i pull up to a stop light and a pink Honda Prelude pulls along side me. the car was decent looking minus the pink paint job. but it had a full kit and some sweet rims, dual exhaust, and little did i know it was turbo. so i look over but the windows are tinted black. like so black i couldn't even see in at all.
the pink prelude starts reving their engine like they want to run 'em. my supras auto but i thought it was still quicker than the prelude. so the other light turns yellow and i raise the RPM's and so does the honda. light turns green and we're off. being standard the prelude jumps ahead about a half a car length and i can hear their turbo spooling over mine which was suprising because i never expected it to be turbo in the first place.
we race to about 115 in the city and then both let off. the prelude stayed right in front of me but didn't get any farther than that half a car length ahead. we pull to the next light and the black window rolls down. It was a chick. i got beat by a fuckin chick. now at least im not embarassed to admit it. i guess it was all good though cause she was lookin pretty fine. so i asked her to take it to the highway.
we roll onto the highway and do a roll on from 60 mph. she beeps 3 times and we're off. this time the prelude just didn't have it. the supra is the ultimate highway vehicle. i pulled a good 2 1/2 lengths on her. anyways in the end i still lost to a chick. i think it must be the auto thats killin me from 0-30. oh well i guess that just means i need more uprades since im pretty much stock anyways. oh well what can i say, i consider that a KILL!
