RC 550 injectors

are the RC 550 injectors a direct replacement for the USDM 550's? and does anyone have any thoughts on their quality?
i have the opportunity to get a pretty good deal on a set right now, and i was just wondering if i should go for it.

If you're referring to RC Engineering 550 low impedance (Lucas) injectors...they are a direct fit on a 7M, but you have to swap out the harness clips. RC sells quality injectors...I use them. Always have any injectors tested for flow before installation...if used, I'd have them cleaned too.


Not too sure what you mean by USDM 550 injectors :dunno:

7M's are top feed so they are a direct fit, JZ engines are side feed so you will need a fuel rail and if they are low imp a resistor pack.
