it not a tech question but just something i wanted to know. does anyone know if 89-92 turbo hardtops are rare . i hardly see any in newyork i have a midnight blue hardtop 89 turbo just something i wanted to know thanks alot

They aren't rare but they are desirable for modded cars due to their added body/structural strength.
They are rare when compared to the amt of people that have targa top cars in comparitive years. But in general no they arent

targa body's are a lil stiffer in the body due to the fact that the top is removable. take the top off and youu notice that it flexes some. but its buile a lil tougher to take abuse while the top is off.

and the targa cars weigh more thanks to that bracing, yuck! I rock a hard top and i wouldnt have it any other way!
