You have code 11. It masks all other codes. You must fix this to see any other ones. Trouble area would be ECU, Ignition switch, Ignition switch circuit, Main realy and Main relay circuit. GL.

I'd say check out everything I listed and make sure they're ok. If anyone would like to chime in with their knowledge it would be great. Voltmeter would come in handy.

Honestly, since you don't know how to read error codes, it may be in your best interest to find someone knowledgeable to do it with you. 11 can be a bit of a tricky one since it's sort of vague and could be a number of power/ground/relay/switch faults.

No. There is no checking from the ECU to the fan.
