Ran it stock

Well I went to the track last night and ran my car to see what it'd do.. Im sorta disappointed.. its weak.. figured it'd have a bit more mph..

I went 15.7 @ 87 mph.. 2.3 60'

Its an auto..

fwiw my stock 91 ran 15.1@91 w/ a 2.2 60'.. on a 5spd

i need to get my 1.5 going.. going slow sucks, haha

I ran 87.33 in the 1/8 so yeah I would say that's pretty weak. You'll never drive this car again when you get the 1.5jz going.

I ran a 15.89 in my na 5 spd with just exhaust.

jay.. lol yea my 2j went 89 in the 1/8th, lol.. naw I'll drive this daily.. the 4" exhaust will get annoying and the auto is nice for dding

ofnarcr4, the 60' isn't that good.. i was hoping for a 2.1 or at least a 2.2... it was slow the whole way, haha

yea 60" wasnt helping, anything above 2.0 is killin your time.

Is this a stock 7m car or a stock 1j car?

that seems about right for a stock 7m. my 7m with just a downpipe and three inch exhaust at stock boost did something like 14.5 @ 90 something. terrible 60 foot.

my best time ever with the 7m was 13.4 with a 2.1 60 foot. that was at 10 pounds with the stock turbo.

I guess my idea of a decent 60 ft is like 2.3 because that was my best when i ran a 14.0. Traction issues ftw.

2.0 is what you should be aiming at..

2.3 is a fwd 60' time

2.0 is definitely doable on street tires....2.3 on an auto isn't that great.

im not sure if theres much left in it.. I'll check for boost leaks, but I can get 3-4 psi off the line, but its not moving by anymeans..

that 60 ft seems slow for a rwd car cuz my civic ran a 15.7 at 86 mph with a 2.300 60

I can hit 1.8's on street tires, and have done a 1.68 on DR's...

Not sure what else I can do to get the 60s down more.. its stalling to like 2300 has like 3-4 psi (only like 5-6 psi max)...

I'd throw a few shims on the wastegate just for the hell of it. My auto car with no stall will open the wastegate on a CT with a DDP. This is just from a 5-7 second stall...

15.1 @ 91mph w/ 2.1 60ft when I was stock with 5spd. Yeah, I was dissapointed too.

mine ran a 14.0 with 2.0 60', just widemouth elbow, full 3" exhaust, no cat, and boost at 12psi

that was with a brand new set of kumho street tires.

no it didn't spin, using ebrake and foot brake.. On the street would skreech the tires and take off.. at the track just hooked..

I dont care about modified times, this car is staying stock..

Will mess with it, imo the power seems down from stock (only 87 mph), so probably why its slow out of the hole..
