radiator flow question

i know this doesnt really pertain to the 7m, but i am in need of a custom rad and the way my 1uz runs is the in and the out for the coolant flow are both on the top of the motor. the radiator i want to get has the upper port on the pass side which is the input into the radiator, and the lower port on the driver side which is the flow outwards port. does it really matter which way a rad flows? i need some real honest answers and theory. this is the only rad i can find that will fit where the condensor is with minor mods

edit: now im really confused
the 7m cooling was from hot into the bottom of the rad and then cold out of the top of the radiator. the 1uz and my parents MDX is hot in the top, cold into the bottom

jk, i just felt like making one of those lol. it is funny. but anyway the first site that shows up in google of this link ^^^ says it is not critical so idk if its true or not.
