My radiator cap broke and I went to my local auto parts store thinking I could use a stock or a 2JZ cap. Apparently I was wrong. I'm using the stock radiator and have a hydrofan if that helps at all. Anybody know where I can find another cap? The search button didn't bring down a box so I couldn't use it, sorry.
EDIT: as to not bump the thread, i figured out my problem and am editing it into this post in case anyone else ever has this problem...apparently, after 1990, the radiator cap changed (my 1JZ was out of a 1991), and since i was only asking for 1987 and 1994 radiator caps, i wasn't getting the 1990-1992 cap which i'm assuming will fit (all auto parts stores are closed, but 1st thing tomorrow i'm going)...so now i know to try 1987 parts, 1991 parts, and 1994 parts
