Van;1274468 said:Hi,
Consider this seat: http://www.pitstopusa.com/detail.aspx?ID=55255 . I'm planning on going this route. I've been told by several guys in my sports car club, these are great for road racing at my level. You can choose a cover to match your needs, and the seat cover can be changed if you gain or loose weight (nice option).
Check it out! Van

here's some of the ebay seats i put in mine. had them for nearly 2 years and not a single problem.

BorHor;1274244 said:Look in to Sparco seats. I think the Speed is pretty cheap at $300-400, it is also FIA approved.

supraguru05;1275553 said:the speed is a tube and cloth seat not the best for a roll cage application. if you want cheap light seats get kirkey intermediate seats great seat, great price, and as you get more money you can upgrade the containement on them. wish i would have gone kirkey instead of sparco
IJ did you have a seat back brace. that makes me want to install one on my sparco seat. i just feel bad drilling into the fiber glass
