It's WHITE again!
And my image host is down so I can't show you......
I spent the afternoon, and sanded down the hood, and the trunk, then threw some primer on a few areas. I also started the rust repair, took my grinder and my dremel, and ground down the rusty areas on the passenger side of the car, put some rust inhibitor on it, and started filling it in.
The speedo stopped working again, so I fixed it, again. The actual cable within the speedo cable is pulling out of the back of the speedometer. Something's stretching somewhere. I have a replacement cable, but I don't think it's any better. I just stuck a piece of shrink tubing over the tip of the cable. Works well until the grease starts making it soft.
My Supra SHOUD be back up and running this weekend if I'm lucky. The motor's supposed to be in Calgary VERY soon, and assuming I don't have to do any major maintenance to the new motor (like bearings), I should have it in the car in a day.
