RA Values for the Block and Head

I'm getting ready to get my 7M-GTE engine machine work done, I searched for the right RA values but nothing comes up using RA, so I'm asking here for these values to use finding the right shop. I already know of the timing cover, torque plate, and tensioner tips, I just need these RA values for using an MHG.

Cometic want 50 or better,HKS are around 30 from memory, rule of the thumb is as smooth as the machine shop can get it.
