I was just looking at a photo of the hub and noticed im missing the washer number 31264a. How much of an effect would that have to my issue?

Looks to be a washer. the hub will not move back or forth with the slave installed. If i remove the slave i can move the hub back/forth slightly. I dont see this being the problem but just wanted to mention it.

Well replacing the clutch master did not solve my issue. Still doing the same thing. If i pump the clutch pedal a few times i can get it into gear. I will try replacing the slave and try again. Also how heavy should the pedal feel? As it is now it seems pretty light and it has a performance clutch.
when i bleed my slave i have to remove it from the housing and bleed it bye hand.. i pumped and used a power bleeder for over a hour with shit ass results, take the slave out and pump it and pull it the full length of the rod.. lol and no this is not a porno story lol evn though it sounds like one.

Its not good you are missing a washer BUT I had two washers missing on a Supra and it still was fine. It was actually both wave washers.

I have no clue who did that but I was like WTF when I saw it. DM sells a new washer kit. Replace the slave and bleed it. There is no need to bleed with your hand, I have bled my numerous slaves with the method I posted in this thread and it looks everytime.

I was going to replace the slave but i am getting movment out of it and no signs of leaks. I was thinking getting a longer rod for the slave so it pushes the fork more?
