R154 hard shifting

Mine get stuck and majority of the time its 3rd reverse sometimes forth and if that doesnt work. I left the clutch go, clutch in and then slowly hold it in reverse with small amount of pressure till it pops in. Both my r154's did the same thing.

Iirc the shifter bushing is not in the epc at toyota or cygunsx. It should be there tho.

Bump for an old thread, I noticed this on my W58 transmission as well. I got both green truck shifter bushing and the white socket bushing replaced as well as i got the bronze bushing on the shift select housing that made the shifter have no slop. I am runnning Redline MT-90 fluid and everything seems to be working in order. BUT, At times it seems to get stuck when i shift from 2nd to 3rd, or from 3rd to 4th. I know the MT-90 took care of the 2nd gear grinding issue but im just wondering as to why there would be a stuck portion when i shift? Does the SOGI mod have to do with this? I believe that before i even did the mod i was perfectly fine with the shifting and whatnot..

Syncro wear or simply your clutch isn't fully releasing.

Marlin Crawler is about the only one that does it with a warranty that I'm aware of. Also includes their upgrades. Not cheap though. I think some of the vendors on the forums do it as well, not sure.
