R12 Charging in Canada?

Is there anywhere that can do it? I'd like to have my AE86 charged with R12, because of it's generally lackluster performance in regards to A/C even with a working setup.

I know it's way more expensive, etc, etc, whatever. Can it still be done in Canada?

Why not use Freeze 12? it should still be available, its an Alternative to R12. But you need a lisence to get it, last time i bought some was, shit uhhh 5$ a can?
