So what is the average R&R time on an engine assy? (without butchering)
I am at about 1 1/2hrs to remove (with trans attached) and 4 to install.

My install took 3 hrs, I thought that was forever haha, my removal was around 2 hrs or so, but I did little things over 2 months.
I talked to a guy that said ALONE he can have them out in 45 mins.

I once did a remove in under an hour but it was at a "pick n pull" where hoses and wire harnesses are easiest removed with a hacksaw
I've pulled my engine/trans, cleanly out in about 3 hours. Completely by myself with limited tools.
