i've searched and searched and cant seem to find any info. i just wanna know what my vacuum should be on idle. stock turbo 7m. i think there may be a vacuum leak, i'm showing 14 on my boost gauge at idle 800rpm

I heard 20 -15 is about average...
make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks, old rubber tends to crack, sometimes you can't even see it. It's best to replace them all..
I bought 10 feet of silicone hoses and re-did my main lines..

Depends on your altitude. I saw around -14psi being over 6,000 ft in west Denver before I rebuilt the engine. Before I moved, I was at 700 ft and saw -19psi.

thanks. i used cheap silicone lines when i replaced my vacuum lines and i thought i was making around 20 on vacuum before. looks like i'll be replacing all the vacuum lines tomorrow
