This is the updating/revolutionized build thread for my 89' N/A. The car was originally Toyota silver #176. I had the car repainted, and all was well, until this happened:

Hit and run at the parking lot of where I work. And I received my check for the damage from insurance, blah blah blah. After thinking about what to do, I've decided to paint the car one of the rarest/coolest colors ever, MK4 Quicksilver, I'll be one of the only few MK3's in the US to sport this color. This is what the paint looks like:

My car is already lowered, and I've already put on the exhaust of my choice. I'll also be getting MK4 N/A wheels next weekend. Soon after the paint job I hope to continue on with my plans for the NA-T conversion. The car is going under the knife this week or next for it's body reconstruction.

This is how I hope my final result to come out (paint isn't exactly quicksilver though):

I'll keep everyone updated with pictures and any updates that come along. Wish me luck.

You know how to put a smile on my face don't you.
The N/A rims should come out nice with the car also. To bad it is hard to find anything wider then a 245 with a good sidewall size :icon_conf

wingless FTL... and im not the only one that thinks so!!! geeze Matt, listen to me.

Joe, why does it matter? insurance paid enough to cover a full paint job, since he got the fender for an amazing price, there is enough left for a full job and not just a patch.

Ill give you guys the same challenge I gave Matt:

find a picture of a wingless mk3, that looks better than it would with a stock 3 piece or other wing.

The only one I like was 2jzmk3's car, but thats only because he has a hatch visor... which gave the rear some aggressiveness, which is what wingless mk3's lack.

just wondering... my insurance wouldnt cover a complete paintjob because of a fender.
