I'm sure you get the idea from what has been posted already, but in case you didn't....there is only one way. This would be the right way. Take your time and do it correctly (if you know how) and if it's your first time, or if you happen to run into from problems then it will take a maximum of one hour from saying "Ok, let's do this" to putting away your tools.
Know that one hour is more than enough time, but like I said, you may run into problems. The other thing that you should know is that no shortcuts should be taken because...
no matter what the emergency is, there is never any need to rush a brake job. Either you drive the Supra like that if you need to get going and if the brakes are too worn out, then don't even take it.

Once the wheel is off(and the car secured) it takes all of two minutes or so to loosen the bolts with a wrench and change the pads.
dont forget to put the silencing stuff on the back of the pads... nobody likes a banshee supra comin at them.... the spray stuff works best too, just turn the pads face down, spray the back with 2-4 coats with like 2 min between, and then slap em on there, and they should be silent!
don't forget to use a brake spreader to push the piston back. it takes me ten minutes to do the front of course with the wheels off. also check you brake fluid level it might overflow when you push the piston back. I normally don't fill my brake fluid i use it as a guide when I will be needing to do my front brakes
takes me like 2 hours. i take my time to clean as much junk off the break assembly. pop a couple brews down and it might take me 4 to 5 hours.
