The fact that this "Quick / Short Sport Shifter V3" on SupraSport's site has exactly same picture that is on HPF's site what calls it S3 V2 shifter is funny. But is it possible that it still is new product?

I mean look at the descriptions. Not long ago I checked V2's on the SS and then it was different (picture still the same).

SS says: "In this case, the insultor is made of poly that allows removal of the outer stick. The user can then cut the inner-stick and reassemble the insulator and outer stick, this will lower the shift-knob height."

HPF Says: "Provides "some" up/down adjustability - a common customer request".

What i've read S3 V2 reviews there is threads that allows this little adjustability, right?

I've used two different "C's" shifters, one was very worn, and only had one pin to locate the fulcrum ball, so it allowed it to twist. Basicly it was a very short throw, but not very accurate.
The second one is still in my car, and I'm getting to like it 90% of the time. Some shifts to 3rd and 5th are hard to make when shifting fast, especially when cold, but this transmission is like new after being rebuilt. A longer lever would be good for more tourqe when shifting, so there is more effort needed to get some gears fully engaged when drag racing and such. (Again, getting better as this transmisison is broken in.)

Mine had the upper rubber isolated section removed, so this is a very short shifter, looks great, but I'd like another inch or so to reduce the shift effort, and not really change the throw distance much at all. (Next time it's out, I'm welding on an extension, and bending it back towards me slightly.)

It's actually called the S3 shifter.

There is only V2 (or version 2).

Both SupraSport.com and HorsePowerFreaks.com sell the same thing.

Honestly, just install it as is. You will like it.

Height adjustment was a request, mostly due to those owners that were
used to the sogi mod. It also helped assembling them.

In the end, I know of only about 3 who changed the height.
One wanted it taller.

The S3's fulcrum point is a bit shorter than the C's. I did this to compensate
for our used W58/R154 transmissions.

Some have found the C's to catch gears in used Toyota transmissions.
My old C's did.
