So i am just getting around to pulling the motor from my 87 Turbo and putting it in my 89 Turbo......About time i Know.
So here's my question the 89 is a Auto and my 87 is a Manual i am going to switch transmissions also so i here all i have to do is Ground the Neutral Safety Switch?
My Starter is currently Wired to a push button Start in the 87 so all you need to do is put the key in and turn it in the ON position.
So my question is do i absolutely have to Bypass this wire?
Reason for asking is i did a search be for posting and read that if you have your starter wired to a push button you don't have to do this..Also said something about it being able to start in gear,I don't know anyone that would care to explain more it would be very helpful and appreciated.
Also any other heads up or advice would be helpful.
Thanks in Advance
