About to drop the motor in, was installing the bolts on my clutch that bolt up
to the flywheel and i needed to turn the motor a few times.

I started tightning the crank bolt and it just keep getting tighter and tigher
and i mean im tightning this thing will all my might and it just will not turn over
what so ever, i had a 2ft bar on the end of my wrench.

I guess my question is whats the TQ spec on that? I cant find my book anywhere
and i cant find it on cygnus tsrm.

Having to drill out and helicoli that crank would be my worst nightmare...

The crank should not be too hard to turn over though, if you are using a 2ft bar and all your might the crank should move even the bolt is not fully sit ? Most people need to lock the crank to get that kind of torque, It is an non interfernce engine but may to make sure you do not have anything binding.

Perhaps I misunderstood the post but if you can't turn the motor over with a 2 ft bar you've got bigger problems than not knowing crank bolt torque...

My thoughts exactly, BUT after i got done with that i wasnt able to turn it i went
on to something else and that was installing my flywheel, so i was putting on the flywheel,
lined it up and started tightning my ARP's. && the flywheel turned rather easily...

So atleast now i know its nothing to do with what i did internally.
