Questions for the guys at DriftMotion or anybody who can help.

Hey, I am still confused with this PowerSteering Pressure hose. I can't figure out the orientation that this thing needs to take. Here is a picture of what I've got...somebody help me please. I figured since I got this thing from DriftMotion, you guys could help me get this thing in the right way.

Another question I have is, My large sized fitting (the one that is supposed to attach to the Pump) has an extra port on it. Am I supposed to plug this?!? What am I supposed to do with this?!? Once again, DriftMotion guys I hope to get an explaination on what needs to be done with this.

The lower hard pipe part of that hose goes directly under the front aluminum part of the engine oil pan.

Thanks Aaron, I will try that out tomorrow. How is the interference with the other lines coming off the rack at the steering gearbox?!? It seemed nearly impossible to hook up pointed in that direction because of two or three lines attached to the rack in that same area. Also, in the pic it looks like the smaller connection (straight side of the hardpipe) is facing the front with the Pump side going down the back side, is that right?!?

Also, do you have an answer on what I should do with the extra port on the pump connection?

It's not impossible, the pic I posted is of one that is already installed! :biglaugh: The extra port is for the idle up vacuum switch for the power steering, if you didn't get one with your clip you should be able to use one off of a 7m-gte ps pump.
